Notwithstanding paragraph (b) of the Portion nine, if: Our relationship towards your Joined Banking account is disabled for virtually any motive though an Advance is excellent; You dispute our proper to repayment of the Advance; or else you have interaction in any abusive or fraudulent action with regard to our Solutions or violate these Terms; The
